What Sales and Support means to us

At DB Computers, we don't just drop a new laptop on your desk and walk away. We know you need things to be in the same place as they were on your old laptop.

For us, 'sales and support' isn't giving out our phone number and hoping you don't call - we support what we sell, and we don't sell anything we wouldn't be prepared to use ourselves.

How we achieve that

Do you know you need to upgrade but have no idea what to do? Perhaps you're just starting out and don't know what the best hardware/software package is for you or your business. Come and see us, let our advice support the direction you are going in. We are happy to take the time to talk about what you need. We have couches, we have coffee, it's the most relaxed decision making process ever.

Broken down on a weekend? Running a retail business and trade seven days a week? Got that massive report due in on Monday and your computer just won't turn on? Contact us and we can help. We understand locals running a business work often work seven days a week (feels like ten days a week if you're in retail or hospitality) and we support that. We'll do our best to get to you asap, and most of the time we have a solution to get you up and running within hours - not days - and that's if we can't remote in on the spot and help.

Or maybe we've just supplied you with a shiny new laptop, or desktop, or point of sale? For all run if the mill upgrades, we'll transfer your data and endeavour to put things when you can find them. This means your emails, documents and treasured holiday snaps. It also means any non standard programs you have the installs for, we can install. When we deliver to you, we'll get your printers going and your scanners scanning. It should be exciting not exasperating getting new equipment, and we aim to take the stress away.
New POS systems include a thorough work through of the menu - before it even gets to you, by the time it hits your shop floor we like you to be able to just turn it on and start trading. We also know the importance of knowing where the on button is, so training is included. We'll even do our best to work to the industry standard insane last minute hospitality deadlines.
