Our home base of operations is in Taupo, right on the edge of stunning Lake Taupo. But we don’t just sit around admiring the view all day, our work gets us out and about to Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Rotorua and Turangi as well.

Finding right gear for your business can be stressful, we encourage people to come in and talk about their business equipment, or POS and eftpos needs – the couch is comfortable and the coffee is great.

We have a full service workshop where we do our building and repairs, although we are just as happy to come and see you onsite – we stand by our work and do everything we can to complete it to the highest standard. We understand that in a business environment your technology is the lifeline to your business and will endeavour to give you, and stick to, a timeline for work.

If you’re coming in for a phone repair, we can usually book a solid block of time for you and have the repair done while you wait. There’s a comfy couch and a nice view of the lake for you to enjoy while we get to work.

A little bit about us

Founded in 2016 out of a need for “boots on the ground” support in Hospitality point of sale systems, DB Computers are local re-sellers and technical support for onetap – New Zealand’s leading hospitality POS system, as well as Point 3 – Small Business Retail Management software.

Additionally we supply short and long term leases of Verifone eftpos machines – backed by 7 day a week service.

At DB Computers we aim to take the stress away from POS management with our advanced Hardware and Software solutions designed to simplify running your business.

However, we don’t just stop at POS systems. We can handle almost anything thrown at us.
